iv) Episode Content – If you are chosen to appear on a PODCAST episode, we will ask you questions about yourself and your Australian Adventure that will be recorded and broadcasted as part of the episode. All episodes are available to the general public as will be any personal information you provide in the episode in question.

(b) Modification or Removal Process. Please contact us if you wish to modify your information.

(c) Privacy Policy Modifications and Updates. We may update and modify this Privacy Policy. If we modify or update the policy, we will post a notice on the Privacy Policy page on Starttravellingaustralia.com for 30 days prior to the change going into effect.

d) Effective Date: The effective date of this new privacy policy shall be December 24, 2018.

(e) Do Not Track Signals. We do not currently honor “do not track” signals issued by browsers or other third party sources.

(f) Third Party Tracking: As a matter of transparency, we’ve decided to disclose to you whether third parties can acquire and track your personally identifiable information through our website. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

3. MEDIA

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

1. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

Traffic and transaction information may also be shared with business partners and advertisers on an aggregate and anonymous basis. Your personal information will not be detailed in this aggregate data.

(c) USE OF COOKIES. We use information obtained from cookies to analyse your use of STAR and to make appropriate adjustments to our business strategies.

(d) DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.
